Removing a pool in QLD - What do you know??

    Hi guys,

    I need to get a pool removed in QLD and then will be building a house on top of it (Logan council). Just wondering if anyone has done this before and/or has good contacts?

    I have been put in touch with one private certifier who is making me jump through all sorts of hoops and making it hard. I have a pool removal guy (referred by 2 different people) and he's refusing to deal with my private certifier as they're making too much red tape. All he does is pool removals and he tells me it's never been this hard with any of his other jobs over the last 10 years.

    I'm going to speak to his private certifier tomorrow.

    Any suggestions?

    Should I speak to any sort of engineer about it?

    Work with the pool removalist certifier. Always best to work with the certifier that your builder/tradie works with
