So following on from last Saturday (sorry, been a bit busy),

A regular meeting seemed like a pretty popular option.

I think the following options are best:

    Saturday AM (10.30)
    Saturday PM (2.30)
    Sunday AM (10.30)
    Sunday PM (2.30)
Weeknight (I'm putting down Wednesday, have something on the first Monday of the month, last Tuesday of the month, and every second Thursday. It's my poll, my options :p)

It will be on the last XXX of the month whichever option is most popular.

So looks like Wednesday night is winning so far.

Does straight after work (6) or later (7.30) work better?

I'm going 7.30 in case I'm in Gosford that day.

I'd also like to do the odd weekend meet up for those that can't make it due to work or family commitments. I'm always up for a beer/coffee depending on time of day to shoot the breeze about property.

If Andrew gives a lecture does that mean any meal and drinks are tax deductible if we have a investment property

oh bugger, just saw this. Weekends are definitely easier due to kid duty. If it's a weeknight I'd try to make it every now & then, would just need to call in some favours or bring kiddo if its an early start. Maybe a weekend meet once a quarter?

Ive already told @AndrewTDP that I will be in Newcastle on Friday 2/10 and I plan to check out properties on Saturday 3/10. So I'm free on both days.
