    Hi, looking for a registered property valuer recommendation to value (in 2015) an IP I just sold in the inner east area fr tax purposes.

    Any recommendations for someone that operates in that area, can do it pretty quickly and reasonable cost? Thank you!

    We are looking for a stamp duty valuation for property transfer within family - these guys are quoting $200 + gst. Expecting valuation around the 1M mark. Anything I should be wary about?
