Reduced minimum lot size eligible for multi-dwelling housing in Campbelltown

    This seems to be a response to the Low Rise Medium Density Housing Code, which many councils were given a 12 month deferment. I assume that other councils will follow this type of response to keep manor houses out of R2 zones. The reduction in land size for Duplex dwellings is a small gesture to try to show the NSW government that they are not totally ignoring their request....IMHO.

    I don't know the full impact of this but Labor will repeal the Code if elected to State.

    do we know if the proposal was approved for reducing the land size requirements for duplex in R2 zone in Campbelltown?
