what are your views on redfern apartments at the moment? I reckon it will hold its value in the longer term given proximity to city and gentrification of the area. imo the market price is not reflective of the future potential at the moment. thoughts?
I am generally a fan of inner city suburbs such as Redfern, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst etc. The new high school & light rail have definitely kept the areas popular. If possible I think terraces are a much better long term prospect due to value add potential and land content. What style of apartments are you looking at?
