Kicking off this thread to track multi-dwelling and townhouse Development Applications on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

The first one is this one at Scarborough:
    • 124 Mein Street
    • Revised plan is for 16 units ( a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units )
    • 29 carparks ( 10 of them are tandem )
    • 5 of the units appear to have private terraces on the roof
Zoning is Urban Neighbourhood with heights between 5m and 21m. Land size is 60m x 20m (1200 sqm).

    Take a deep dive here:

    MBRC Planning Scheme

Focus on the maps to learn where the Urban Neighbourhood and Next Generation Neighbourhood Zones are.

This tool is particularly useful to check zoning and overlays:

Almost a year and still for sale...

I don't know this area but it sure looks appealing being 2 blocks from beach and 16 unit development potential.
I wonder why no one has bit?
