    Paying a flat fee and keeping 100% of comms. Learn to get leads yourself or you'll always be relying on others to get fed. :)

    I was once chatting to a successful broker from Mortgage Choice. Big well known franchise. Spends millions every month on marketing, provides leads to their brokers.

    He indicated their franchise supplied leads were rubbish quality.

    Thanks Jess, I'm still relatively new to the industry so aggregators don't seem to allow a flat fee model for new entrants

    My aggregator has a service where they source leads for you and charge but I was never keen to use that service for the reason you stated above, the leads would most likely not be worthwhile

    Which ones Peter? All the ones I've looked at don't allow new entrants on a flat fee model until they've reached a certain volume of business each month
