    Hi All,

We have 2 spots open for Finance Brokers and before we hit recruiters and job websites I thought we this may be a good avenue to look for some talented people.

We are looking to recruit 2 full time Finance Brokers working out of an established Real Estate agency located on Sydney’s North Shore (Lindfield). Experience is not essential, as we will train brokers in Residential, Commercial and Equipment Finance.

This is a commission-based role where you build your own business and trail book.

You will be assigned a Business Manager and have access to CRM and marketing platforms.

This is an autonomous role but you will have full on-going training and support.

To be considered for the role applicants must have the minimum:

    1. Superior customer service skills

    2. Cert IV in Mortgage Broking

    3. MFAA Accreditation

    4. Good problem solving skills and attitude

    5. Driven and ability to create you own network of clients and referrers

    6. Passion for Real Estate and Asset Finance

    7. Ability to juggle multiple applications at the same time

Income will be dependent on the individual, how hard they are willing to work and how much effort they want to put into their business – expectations would be circa $100k minimum for the first year and more in the subsequent years ($250k in a few years) as you build your brand.

If this sounds like you then please feel free to email [email protected]

I'm assuming that's gross income, not net? Otherwise, I'm clearly in the wrong industry!

Could be net if the person was amazing. That's the great thing about commission based work, the sky is the limit if you work hard and are good at what you do.

Its net - its just one of those types of industries where the more you put in the more you will get out. You just need to be willing to make a lot of sacrifices in terms of time and effort. You need to be available all day/night, weekends, holidays, etc. You don't have time to take it easy.

I can't speak for Shahin's model - but it's generally a comms split model whereby business owner takes a portion of comms from each loan.

    Cheers

It's as JM noted but looking for a long term relationship so the financial arrangement is attractive enough. Not looking to recruit numbers just want to focus on 2 brokers and want a collaborative environment.

We have recruited one broker so just one more to go.

The real estate office we are working out is going through the same level of growth so its quite exciting all round.
