Recommended Sydney builders company for doing major renovation?

My parents a property that is 1930's and the house is very tired looking and plans to do a complete renovation with a budget of between $90-100k and we are not looking for high end renovation, a basic and modern looking will be fine!

The general work that needs to be done are:
- New freshly painting inside/outside house
- New kitchen reno including appliances
- New bathroom
- As we have wooden timber, we can just repolish the whole thing so no replacing needed
- Change wardrobes on all 3 bedrooms
- Change down lights
- Change 6 old doors

1) I mean is it possible to do within 90k to 100k budget?

2) And because there are soooooooooo many builders to choose from, which ones would you recommend? Alot of them also do extensions or rebuild rather than reno

It sounds achievable. It also depends on the size of the house for painting, the size of the new kitchen and bathroom to be Renovated.

What area is the property in?

If a double storey house then it may need scaffold for painting and any maintenance required.

 

Also with a house being that old then you will more than likely come across asbestos issues that will add to the price very quickly.
