As the title suggests, when buying a house from mid 90s, which of the following certificates do you recommend I order?

Council Outstanding Notices Sec 735A & 121ZP council)
    Gas Networks Certificate
    Roads and Maritime Services Certificate
Rail Corporation NSW – Rail Corporation Certificate
    Ausgrid – Energy Certificate
Dept of Education and Training Certificate
Dept of Defence (NSW) – Ordnance Contamination UXO Certificate
East Australian Pipeline Ltd – Authority Certificate
    Transgrid – Electricity Certificate

Is there any other you recommend I should do?

depending on what you want exactly, some basic info can be available for free doing a Google search.
You can use Get a free property report with price estimate and history and enter a property address and it will have Sold information pricing if available. Just scroll down a bit and click the Sold button.
