    Hi everyone,

I've had a look through the forums and see a range of property price information services being used by different people (e.g. PriceFinder, CoreLogic Property Value). However, a lot of people here appear to be using these services for investment property purposes, whereas I'd like to use one of these websites to help get a good deal on my first home.

Are there any subscription services that are especially good for first home buyers, or are they all much the same at the end of the day?

These websites will not help you get a good (or any other type of) deal on your first home.

To you a property is your first home. To an investor it is an investment property. To an older couple, it might be to downsize. The subscription services will only tell you what the property is worth (in a range), but it is the same property.
