Recommended building and pest inspector for Newcastle

    Can people recommend building and pest inspectors they have used in the Newcastle area? I need to get one done in Stockton and dont' have any good contacts up that way, ideally someone with thermal imaging if possible.

    Property also has an issue with a sinking pier so ideally I want someone who is also a licensed builder.

    PS. I did search but couldn't find anything other than one thread that didn't really recommend anyone.
