    Looking at renovating our PPR. It will be a major Reno to remodel kitchen and add a butlers pantry, enlarge master bedroom which may require the first floor to be reconfigured, a covered alfresco which needs to be added & other bits & pieces.

    Any recommendations of builders and architects in bayside area?

    Investigate knock down rebuild. It's usually price comparable to larger renos.

    House is not a knock down. Just needs extension & reconfiguration to modernise

    Sure. I'm just saying that the price is comparable depending on how much of a renovation your looking at.
