Recommended agents in South West Sydney / Glenfield / Liverpool area?

Hi there,

Most of you may have heard about the current SW Sydney housing boom.

Just wondering if anyone has rented out their home in Prestons/Edmondson Park and general Glenfield/Liverpool area? Preferably a 6 month old house and if so which real estate agent do you recommend?

 

I live in Glenfield and have a couple of rentals in Macquarie Fields, I use All Property People in Ingleburn, they're a family run business, very attentive and maintain good communication.

 

Do you live locally/in Sydney yourself? If so, have you considered managing it yourself rather than appointing an agent?
I have done this for years and I find it very easy.

All done properly - i.e. history of prospective tenant checked on tenancy database, tenancy agreement filled out and bond lodged, etc.
Literally no difference between myself and an agent.

The only time I would appoint an agent is if the property is not within driving distance to me, or if I have too many IPs, but I'm not at that point yet!
