This is an established 2Br unit, small block, convenient but not niche. A local agent has quoted 4K for marketing, which is impractical.

I am wondering if a simple, generic coreflute 'For Sale' sign outside and the most basic ad on one or both online sites is more within the economics of this property. What is a reasonable advertising budget?

Next, who to get, what REA recommendation/s please?

Finally, someone suggested 'PropertyNow' as a viable option. What thoughts?

What is a reasonable advertising budget and strategy? This advertising is around 1% of the gross sale price. There is no guarantee of success and the tin may have to be kicked again.

Added to (say) 3% sales commission that is 4% of the gross sale.

    No takers?
