    I've just signed up with Brigette (?spelling) from 'your address real estate'. She's lovely and competent, but also direct and honest. I tried to pull a cheeky swifty regarding a safety feature and she would have none of it - I like this.
    I know the office principal and they have a model that equates to very low properties per manager to maintain a high level of service. I've used her before with no issues, and will be signing over another in a few weeks. She is based in Browns Plains/Logan but has done well with my Mt G properties. (ph (07) 3802 7444) My brother has also signed her up for Goodna.

    Lots of great recommendations - send some people a PM and see who responds and assess follow through...it is a very important decision to choose a PM that you trust and can work in partnership with long term.

    Yes Russell is a good ethical operator. Inquire who your allocated PM will be and ask lots of questions to assess her/his experience and case list to determine which agency and PM suits your needs

    Most boutique PM agencies service all areas...send some private messages t forum members about specific agencies you have your eye on for feedback

    I agree with above Dabbler, contact Renee or anyone else that resonates with you and see what they can do for you.
    The worst thing you could do is be stuck with a property manager who hates their job, schedules open inspections at 4:45pm -5pm on weekdays so they can go home and does not answer their phone after hours or weekends. Go for an agency principle with a property management focus who values their business. You will get results there.
