    Hi all,

    Looking for recommendations for builder in inner North Brisbane for PPOR renovation. Build comprises build in under an existing Qldr on a 405 block. Will require some excavation and retaining and new slab, as well as steelwork before infilling.

    Would like recommendations for builders experienced in doing this kind of build

    Try Michael Waddington, Affordable Building Services. This is the type of renovations he does, has done a couple in our street in inner north Brisbane on Qlder houses with great results. Note reno on Qlder by a licensed builder, typically $2,500 to $3,000 per sq metre.
