    Hi Samiam,

If you flick me an email, I'll reply with a few we and our clients have had good dealings with.

    Cheers,
    Alan

I'd also appreciate some recommendations for a conveyancing solicitor based in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region.

    Thankyou

I've used Gerrad from Killpatrick Hatton for a few purchases a couple of years ago, no problems. Would often check out multiple contracts for auctions and no charge.

If your looking to build a team to grow your portfolio though, Terry W based in Sydney.

Terry has said a number of times that he does not do conveyancing though?

P&B - mal wright. You get a very detailed and solid evaluation. Pictures of defects and issues. Used twice, and had friend use him just last week, they where very happy.

Solicitor - Evens Wislang. We had a very rocky transaction a few years back with devorcing couple. They made it easy and painless for us.

For decades I have used Garry from All About Conveyancing at Taree ... and have yet to meet any of them face to face.

He does nothing but conveyancing and, in his forty odd years, there is nothing he hasn't seen or dealt with - whereas, previously, I'd found solicitors stretch themselves with the conveyancing just being a bit on the side. And when I say everything - from caravan parks, to harvest rights, to dashed strata plans, to multi units, to subdivisions - you name it, they've done it.
