    Just wondered if anyone could recommend a good accountant on the north side of Brisbane. I'm fairly new at investing, but just looking to structure my finances to get started

    Do you mean business structure? Are you starting a business? Do you need advice on which entity to purchase a property in? Or do you need advice on finance structure for property purchase?

    Structuring is legal advice as it relates to the ownership of property. There are tax elements which a tax agent can advise on. Structuring loans has a credit advice side - which lenders, what LVR, etc which brokers can advise on, and a tax side - deductibility of interest, which only a lawyer or tax agent can advise on.
