    Hey Everyone

Just wondering what your thoughts are on decent suburbs to live in around North bris/ Sunny coast area. Looking to rent a cheap studio / room for a while, and then eventually a home with a shed (ideally 5 bay shed or bigger)

Needs to be country/quiet and also close to town (ideally 10 minutes)

If you have a rental coming up or any suburb suggestions to look at that would be appreciated :)

My geography is terrible when it comes to brissie (or any of QLD) but check out Fitzgibbon Chase for rentals as they have a lot of small lot living with some Fonzies so might have that perfect stepping stone for you

    Close to which town?

I'd buy something in Golden Beach or Moffat Beach if I were going to live in Sunny Coast. I'd like to anyway.

A five bay shed? And close to town? You're dreamin'.

Try a rental on acreage near Caboolture for the shed part.

Great little village feel. 10-15mins to Noosa, train station and 2 mins you are on the highyway.
Awesome Pizza & Pasta Restaurant - Serge is a french pastry chef

I was thinking for the studio, one bedder you mentioned. Did you want that to be rural too?

oh I see what you mean. Probably rather get the studio in the area we want to live in - to suss it out. Finding the man shed will be vital. No shed, no man! (and they say wives are harder to please....) Happy Easter @Westminster :)

There's so many around there! It's such a nice part of the world.... Maybe just get the studio somewhere central and go for countryside cruizes every weekend for six months?

It's a part of the world where you'll just rock up somewhere and go "this is it".

It is a lovely area of the world. Just got to get a big shed for the man. He's a tradie and its very important to him. Puts a smile on his face getting covered in grease and oil.
