    Hi All,

My partner and I are looking for a good licensed financial product advisor who is able to handle:
    1. Tax affairs and strategies - (High Income according to the government andpaying lots of tax)
    2. Investment strategies
    3. Options to buy property under Super
    4. Debt Structure
    5. Advise us on working smarter vs harder strategies...

We are in Victoria if that helps.

Perhaps then look at a planner that also does a modeled active/managed debt recycling strategy.

May not suit your family's risk profile, but for many this can mean paying off your home loan 5 7 even 15 years earlier.

Many of these types of set ups look at the whole picture of your finances, not just one aspect like insurances, super, mortgages, shares, managed funds etc

    1. Is tax advice and a financial planner couldn't advise unless they were also a registered tax agent or lawyer
    2. Might be financial advice if it involves financial products, but many investment strategies don't imvolve financial products - such as property
    3. there are 3 or 4 aspects to this. legal advice, credit advice, tax advice and financial advice
    4. This is either tax advice or credit advice or both.
    5. could be some finanical advice, but generally not.

Sounds like you are after more than financial advice.

    Thanks Terry,
Can I get all advice under one roof?
I know for a fact that
    1. Need debt management advice ( have learnt a lot from just reading your tax tips and I have some ideas of how it should look like....ie deductable vs non-dectuctable debt
    2. Tax Advice......related to the point above......need legal legit ways of not just paying too much of it.
    3. Financial Advice......we still have lots of working years under our belt......we might as well invest.....

Is it something that you do Terry for Vic as well? If not, any recommendations?

Prob not able to get it all under one roof. I was once licenced in the 4 areas at the same time, but it proved to be too much to keep up with.

I am now based in Vic, but can only give legal, tax and credit advice. I don't give investment advice or financial advice or budgeting etc

Perhaps you should try an accounting firm which has a financial planning arm and get a separate broker.
