    Hi all,

We're keen to explore commercial opportunities but haven't quite decided between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Would be good to chat to buyer's agents in these cities to understand what's happening on the ground.

Are there any you guys can recommend for any of these cities?

    Cheers

I believe Scott O’Neil from Rethink is an Occasional member on this site who would be up on this query.
Haven’t used his services though but certainly sounds knowledgeable from multiple podcasts.

I have used Rethink Investing for two commercial purchases. Both properties they found me were off-market and came with +7% net yields. They provide you with an extensive due-diligence report for each property, which was a big help considering i don't have the time to do this all myself

I'd accept that commission (and swallow the GST too) :)

    At 1.7% it's only a $60m deal :D
