Recommendation on Independent Financial Planner / Advisor

Hi All,

I am looking for independent financial advisor who charges based on time and not a percentage of assets to help build strategy for

1. How to reach by target passive income in 10 years using multi-asset investment approach - mix of residential / commercial property + shares/ETF + passive business

2. How to reach by target super amount by preservation age using SMSF or Industry fund

Anywhere in Sydney region. Someone who has been their and done that...

Any recommendations.
