recommendation of land surveyor for Bayside Melb

Hi All,

We've just made a start with our development journey and are looking for a good and reasonably charged land surveyor. The site is located within Bayside city council and our plan is to sub-divide into 3 or 4 dwellings.
We have been recommend one through our architect but just wanted to get some recommendations thru this forum as well.
Also what would be the ball park for
- title re-establishment survey
- 4 lot subdivision?

The cost depends on the site, level of difficulty of the title re-establishment and what you require. We are in Mentone and do a lot of work around our area. If you want a quote pm me the address and your details.

Feature survey $1,500.00
