Recommendation for QLD builders?

I am in the process of purchasing a house in woodrige, the building and pest report came out with a bunch of problems, I need someone to give a quote on roughly how much it is to repair all that.

Anyone can recommend brisbane builders for woodrige Logan area to do a quote?

 

Unfortunately the builder I've used for years has decided to move onto bigger and better things with a full building license, so I haven't got a strong recommendation. I have recently been recommended to the following two small builders if you'd like to get in touch, though I note I haven't actually gone ahead with work for either of them yet.

Regarding Brad, super fast response to my text message and email. Which is really appreciated seeing as this is a time sensitive matter.

Unfortunately Brad thought he might not be the best to get over to where the house is located. Asked if I was okay with him passing on my details to a colleague of his named James.
