Recommendation for experts for commercial property

    Hi,

    I have a friend who is selling a commercial property and would like to find experts (accountants/solicitors) who can help with the following

    1) calculation of the capital gain tax after selling the commercial property
    This property has been an investment property from day 1 for 21 years.
    She has been overseas most of the time
    2) negotiate a good term with the vendor
    She got an offer from a realestate agent already
    3) some issue with current contracts with the commercial tenants

    Please recommend experts required to address her 3 concerns.
