Recommendation for builder for small reno in Melbourne

Looking for a recommendation for a builder that does small renos (mostly cosmetic) in Melbourne inner east. We plan to sell the property once renovated.

The place is not in terrible condition but will need things like new joinery, fill and paint everywhere, new toilets / vanities / shower screens, sand & polish floors, new carpets, etc.

I've considered not doing anything at all but given the location, target demographic and the fact that the unit is perfect for downsizers, retirees and elderly (i.e. single level, no steps, 3 BR, a few metres to shops, cafes & transport), I think a lot of people would rule it out if they had to reno it themselves.

I don't have time to project manage it myself so yes I realise I will need to pay more. I don't mind as long as the prices are average, they are reasonably quick and the workmanship is decent.

 

Try Milad, he's very reasonable. I used him for our reno in Hawthorn. He was recommended by my agent for PPOR or IP jobs.
