Why would you want a valuer?

I'd like to learn what factors they look at when valuating properties. Also, I reckon that if I get a Valuer to value the property and tell me what needs to be fixed, I can use this info to negotiate the price.

    What's your thoughts, @D.T. ?

Valuers can't tell you what needs to be fixed. That's the point of the B&P inspection.

@Ichigo i have a few friends that are valuers... They basically just compare with the market, consider various factors location proximity quality of finishings land size etc and give a conservative estimate
