Recommendation for a good pre-inspection builder for West Sydney

    Hi all, interested if anyone knew a good pre-inspection builder for West Sydney area? Preferably someone whose open to giving their own opinion that's less "terms of servicey" (especially if I end up doing a proper inspection after). If you know their approx price, that would be great also.

    Thanks for this, really good point, I did know about Asbestos but didn't really think about lead or mould, and definitely didn't think about meth. Will make sure its in the final inspection.
