Any recommendations for a builder/developer (NW Sydney)?
Also, what is general (standard) price for constructing a 4 b house?

Why not just share it with everyone? I can't see what's to hide, it is generic price not a building contract.

you need to allow between $1,600 to $2,000 per sqm for a single storey house subject to the topography and other site conditions.

Has ANYONE been able to do an extension (in Sydney) for approx $1000 per sqm either by project managing/owner builder-ing it or outsourcing to an inexpensive but reliable builder?

Understand if the response is tumbleweeds, cricket sounds or a distant cough.
