Recommendation - BA for Brisbane

Hi

Wondering if any members had any dealings with BA specialises in the Brisbane market that they would be willing to recommend or share experience - good or bad

Have read some threads here but not seeing any BA for Brisbane.

Karen from Property Zest, two very good places to start. Also Andrew Allens is recommended.

I have seen posts/recommendation on Simon. I am looking at NE Brisbane area like Kippa/ Redcliffe/Petrie. I will pm Simon to see if he's into these areas

 

Andrew Allen and Karen above both work in that area. Their clients that come to us for conveyancing are always saying great things.

 

Karen from property Zest, heard great things. She also co-hosts everyday investing podcasts.

 

Andrew Allen and Karen from propertyzest both service those areas.

We recently bought in Brisbane using Andrew Allen. The process seriously could not have gone any smoother.

So much so, we've engaged them (or rather Rental Guardians, one of their group companies) to manage the property.

 

Amanda Higgins from (Andrew) Allen Real Estate was outstanding during our purchases in Brisbane.

Their service was so trustworthy that I entrusted the management of my properties to them through their property management arm - Rental Guardians.

I would also recommend PropertySearchers. It is run by Scott McGeever. Scott comes from a property valuation background (and is still a licensed valuer), and hence him and his team know fair-value of what a property is worth and how much one should pay.
