Recommend Property Manager in Brisbane North (Strathpine)

    Hi All,

    We are planning to rent out our property in Warner and currently looking for a good trustworthy property manager in the Moreton Bay area. I am just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good property manager? I am not after the cheapest, just trying to find someone to look after the property well.

    There are many excellent boutique agencies on this forum who are professional members. Give a few a call, email a few and perhaps talk with other members about their experiences. It is an important long term relationship, hence take your time to work out who is right for you and your needs in terms of expectations and values alignment. Enjoy the journey to source a great PM!

    If this is a Unit townhouse apartment, would suggest to use the Onsite Managers.
