    Hi,

    Can someone recommend me a tax agent in Oakleigh East, VIC area?

    I am not a property owner at the moment, and am on PAYG. Presently the only help I need is with maximising tax deductions.

    But do they handle non-property related tax work? I'll email and see anyways.

    Dude, it would be hard for someone to mess up your tax return, at this stage you can focus on fees, let the property focused accountant help you on your journey.

    main benefit will be assisting with future acquisitions and ensuring that it is optimised for the goals of that particular client.

    and of course the myriad of questions that get raised over the lifecycle of a property.
