    As per title I'm in the market for a new property manager for my 2 IPs in Logan area QLD. Not too happy with my current.

    Hey, I recently settled one in Acacia Ridge which is not too far from Logan and has a similar lower socioeconomic demographic. My advice is to get someone whose local and young. The younger ones tend to more meticulous and diligent with their work. I've gone through 3 property managers in the area and my recommendation is @Tom Rivera of Propertyworks. He is very meticulous and professional with his work and provides amazing advice, literally down to a street by street basis. I'm quite an inquisitive person and Tom was able to answer all my queries and give me a stress free experience.
