Recommend me a PM in Adelaide Please

    Hi All,

    I have used a PM before in Adelaide but was not impressed for various reasons, one of the main ones was they just pushed all the PM duties off to their secretary who knew less then I did about managing a property. The service was poor to say the least....

    Anyway I am looking for a new PM in Adelaide, can anyone recommend any for me?

    I would prefer someone that is more "hands on" and will take some sort of responsibility for the PM duties, so probably looking for a smaller company with a lot of enthusiasm. The person that manages my properties in Melbourne is great, its her own business so she is really enthusiastic as she wants to make sure the $ comes in, she manages my properties herself, does all the inspections herself etc.

    I have just signed up with DT to manage one of my Adelaide Properties and I must say so he's very hands on and replies promptly to all enquiries unlike the other agent i am using in Adelaide

    @D.T. and @Xenia are the ones to speak with. Both highly respected and know their city very well. David also does inspection reports so you can get a real in depth understanding of the property without having to travel to Adelaide. I was in Adelaide a couple days ago and disappointed I didn't get the time to meet with him for a chat and coffee.

    Xenia is the one I have worked with for almost 10 years. I was always happy with her services. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced PM. She is also a GREAT person.
