Recommend me a Broker - Sydney

    Hi guys,
    Please recommend me a a broker/strategist. I am due to look for new property + refinance
    I had a look at previous topics of the same nature and noticed that Terry W is not taking on new clients and famous Peter T is in Melbourne.

    Hi mate - it doesn't matter if Peter is not in Sydney - otherwise there is Redom and Shahin who I believe are local and Jamie in Canberra. All are good.

    I know Jamie well, he's a great broker. I agree that Canberra isn't the same as someone in Sydney, but I also know that if push comes to shove, Jamie will be there for you.

    @Marty McDonald is also a fantastic broker who is in Sydney, very highly recommended.

    @Shahin_Afarin has always had great reviews, lots of experience.

    @KT_Blues, no need to limit yourself to a local broker unless it's just a personal preference :) Technology has shrunk the world dramatically so why not get in touch with a few brokers irrespective of location to see if you'll work well together and go with whoever feels right.

    Yup - long distance broker relationships seem to be a lot less hazardous than the normal relationship kind. ;)

    Even local client's I find we generally converse via phone/email. With everyone's 24/7 busy schedules these days it's the most productive communication medium.

    Michael Chan from Shape Home Loan in Burwood .. Very profession, helpful & knowledgeable !

    I really recommend this guy, and can't stress enough how easy he made buying my 2nd IP
