Recommend handy man, electrician, plumber in S.E Melbourne

    My IPs are managed by the property managers, however I found that the tradies that are used by these managers are quite expensive. For example, they've got someone to fix the dishwasher for $508 which is equivalent to buying a new one. Do you know any good handy man, electrician and plumber that are quite reasonable so that I can just pass their details to the PMs to use for the next time. I thought these tradies would be pretty reasonable to these PMs since they keep referring clients to them.
