Recommend Good Building and Pest prepurchase Inspection service in Perth?

Hi could anyone recommend me a good building inspector and pest inspectors in Perth area.
Looking for someone who is experienced and thorough in their job. Not necessarily need to be cheap but value for the money paid. Can be separate companies.
