Recommend an Inner West Property Manager

    I will soon be looking for a property manager for our first IP in the Inner West, Stanmore. It’s all a bit overwhelming. Does anyone recommend a good Property Manager in the area? I am interested in costs and how helpful they are. Any other tips would be great. Thanks.

    Congrats Joanie 03 on your upcoming purchase.
    1.Ask them about their vacancies,
    2. ask them how they managed tenants during the recent crisis,
    3. ask them about paperwork?
    4. Are the on the same page as you?
    5. Do they follow the market?
