    Hi all, I'm looking any recommendations for a valuer for a house in Western Sydney.

    Purpose is for CGT determination.

    In what way is a registsred valuer required for CGT ? Sometimes not. (eg when you move out of PPOR),If its for apportioning a subdiv then yes.

    Hi Paul,

    this is new to me, so a suggested approach would be appreciated.

    I need to establish the market value of a property in June 2014 which I subsequently sold in October 2015. Reason being that in June 2014 I moved out of the house and started renting it out.

    What might be the best way to evidence the value?
