Folks, need some help as I am totally frustrated looking for recliner couch. Requirements - Either a 2 seater where both seats recline or a 3 seater where 2 seats recline as the middle seat usually does not 2 x 1 Seaters that fully recline Ideally 100% leather. Not the cheap imitation bonded leather stuff. Nick Scali has one but they want $7200 which I think is a little high. Our budget is $6,000 max and because Nick Scali does not negotiate they are out of the picture. Can anyone recommend any online places or perhaps importers that do not have expensive showrooms they have used ? Cheers !!!!
Hum... Go to Myer, I think the brand start with M.. MFG or MGF or something like that. Nice recliner cinema like sofa you can add module, i.e. 2, 3, 4 etc. Wait until it's on sale like Super Saturday. It can go down to 40%. I think the one I bought was $3K from originally $5K for a pair. Add: Re leather - you can choose the leather (yes they're real). The high grade leather would be slightly more expensive
Very nice. Looking for sofa too next year, so good to see example brands. I can't see price... I assume I can't afford it?
I recently got the king cloud 2, so did my folks. It's pretty great so far. Spoke to the service guy, he said they had heaps of problems with king cloud but so far none with cloud 2 If you have someone who can get a wholesale account with them king gives 40% off RRP
If you gotta ask, you might not be able to afford it I"m kidding. After 40% discount it should meet your budget. Sanj, do you know if your wholesale friend can help me too? Looking for the Concerto next year
I got 2x900 wide leather electric seats with the slim arms and it was aeound $4.1k or so after the 40% discount. Thats only available througj trade, ie interior designers, architects etc and they will have to sign up with king.
Have a look at Milan Direct. Have bought some good quality leather chairs from them. Be careful with Demir. My sofa took about 3 months to arrive and their customer service was non existent after taking my money.
Was looking up reviews on Nick Scali (as my sister in law was looking at a couch there) and stumbled on this thread (thread revival from 2015 ) Just wanted to add my two cents in on Demir - Long delivery time - High quality long lasting I bought mine in 2007 and waited about 6-7 months. 10 years later and a 3 three year old attacking it, it still looks great and comfortable. Not bad considering I don't vacuum it or wipe it down... ok I do wipe it down, once a year at best. Anyway, would I buy another one? Yes. This has outlasted all my friends couches to date.
I highly recommend Comfort Living in Sydney (Chipping Norton). Pricing is fabulous. They are also great for buying mattresses. Comfort Living - Liverpool, Sydney
