    Nothing special just one of those 1 in 10 .... 1 in a 100 would be bad news....1 in 1000 I can't see coming...you would need the "The Arc" for that.....

    From what i can see, Perth is a weird place to be in. Our national stock market is going up and up, but the amount of For Lease signs in the city tell me otherwise.. funny times. Time to start low balling.

    That said MTR, I do look forward to the recession, it finally gives me a chance to catch a breathe and enter the market without worrying if im over paying (as someone with limited capital). For a lot of our older generation however.. it is a sad time

    I have also fixed some loans as well to give me peace of mind and I know some of the properties that are fixed are not ones which I can extract much equity to make it worthwhile for me.
