And watching the market of Detroit, I saw new homes being built today as I was driving around the suburbs of Westside. Construction of brand new homes. Where once the blighted properties stood. Exciting times. Who would have ever thought of this situation 3-4 years ago.
This article proves the upturn... and the renaissance of this great city. Home to 4.2 million people in the Metro detroit area.

I believe 'location' is one of the key aspects for success in the Detroit market. Some locations are rising very fast. Especially the desirables which are our hot-spots. And some neighborhoods will go backwards with the City task force taking over properties into the land bank.
