Reasonably Priced BA that covers Regional VIC, Adelaide

    I'm looking to purchase my new IP using a BA as I am time poor. I 'm looking for any recommendations for a reasonably priced BA (~6k-8k per property)

    Surely if you are looking for a BA shouldn't the question be about value rather than price.

    And if it os to ne about just price then shouldn't it be partly dependent upon the value of house you wish to buy

    Value vs Price - you can't commit to those $15k or 20k fees BA's are asking for without knowing Value upfront... Value comes later insn't it, so I dont really get what youre trying to say
