    I have been a member for a few years and I am pretty sure they don't allow multiply log ins at once,other members may advise before you proceed

    $59 per month for a 12 month contract.
    $49 per month for a 24 month contract.
    $69 per month no contract.

    Just so you folks are aware (aside from whether or not it's ok to share an account)

    Realestateinvestar keeps a log of searched properties so if a bunch of folks are all looking at deals, everyone else would see what they'd been searching. Just FYI.

    By the way, has there been any incident where Real Estate investar close the account due to misconduct or misuse ?

    We need to read the tiny little star of the terms & condition first mate.

    If they're on top of stuff they would. It's very simple to keep note of different IPs logging in to the same account..

    Oh yeah... By the way, to those keen.. Steven makes a very good point..Although, I think it saves your last 5, so I used to quickly change the 5 to others when I was finished haha

    Not sure. I'll know more info probably on Friday. Got no other time this week to check..
