    Have they changed their sight configuration?
    When I search for a suburb it shows all the properties in the suburb. However, in related properties the first 2-3 pages are now all auctions, which is different than it was before as it used to sort properties by dates.
    Or maybe there are suddenly just a lot of auctions in Adelaide?

    It goes by priority placement.

    Basically the more someone spends the higher their ad goes. Auctions will typically do this as you want to be on page 1 for as long as possible (even for private sales to).

    Hi believe it or not the Adelaide area has had a massive influx of people selling homes from a private sale to a AUCTION.
