Realestate.com heatmap

Hi all,

There used to be a heatmap function under the “invest” tab on realestate.com that I’m sure a lot of you remember. You could select suburbs and see median house and unit prices etc. Upon previously asking if there’s an alternative given this appears to have been removed, microburbs.com was recommended however the data stops at 2016.

Is there another similar resource available? Any help is super appreciated.

Then type in the suburb/postcode. It'll give you access to the median prices and trends, etc. if that's what you're after. But I would cross reference everything with Domain.

There might be significant overlap, but I find 1 site usually gives more data in certain areas than the other - and I tend to use both simultaneously for pulling data to suit my needs.

 

Yeah why did they ever get rid of that was such a useful tool
