RealEstate.com.au vs REIWA data

    Hi Guys,

    So recently i've started collecting data for a few suburbs and noticed that there are discrepancies in the data between RealEstate.com.au and REIWA.

    For example, the Annual Growth (over 5 years) for Maylands (WA) from the two websites are as follows:

    Realestate.com.au = 0.2%
    REIWA = -1.5%

    Is there a reason for the large variance and which would be more accurate?
