Nope. But have you looked at buying direct from the estate and buying house separately from builder. Typically this will save you about $30k in hidden marketing fees.
Sure, not necessarily the ones they are pushing but have a look in the area and see if you can buy same size block cheaper from another developer and put same size house on it with a builder direct for cheaper.
I suppose that makes sense. Could just as easily get a greedy builder who still charges the same but cuts out the middle man.
