    Has anyone brought property in Clyde estate and altewood estate in Melbourne though real wealth property?

    Nope. But have you looked at buying direct from the estate and buying house separately from builder. Typically this will save you about $30k in hidden marketing fees.

    Sure, not necessarily the ones they are pushing but have a look in the area and see if you can buy same size block cheaper from another developer and put same size house on it with a builder direct for cheaper.

    I suppose that makes sense.
    Could just as easily get a greedy builder who still charges the same but cuts out the middle man.
