Real estate sales volume stats - where can I find?

    I am looking for month by month sales volume figures for specific regions in Victoria (Mornington peninsula, but I'll take whatever I can get at this point).

    The closes I have come is this report:
    https://www.corelogic.com.au/sites/default/files/2018-01/cl_market_trends.pdf but it starts at $6k :eek:

    Does anyone know of any resources that provide this? I have RP Data pro and it's not available there.

    Try www.realestate.com.au and then look at the data under the invest tab. I'm not sure it will be 100 per cent accurate but will give you a good idea.

    If you look up any address on realestate.com.au you can find a market tab which allows you to watch the amount of sales monthly. This will give you are better idea of if there is growing lack of supply of listings.
